1. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

To request a return or exchange, email sales@shortcurrent.my with your order details and supporting photos or videos of the item received.

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by SHORTCURRENT.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
• The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage or misuse.

SHORTCURRENT reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.

3. Size & Colour Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, style and variation before completing an order.

We strongly recommend checking the product information and available size guide before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us and provide:

• Your order number
• Name used for the order
• Photos of the item received
• Photos of the packaging
• A clear photo or video showing the defect or issue

Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items with removed tags
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items that have been altered or modified
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Items that do not meet our return conditions
• Clearance or final-sale items where stated on the product page

6. Return Shipping

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by SHORTCURRENT before sending any item back.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by SHORTCURRENT.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another method agreed upon by SHORTCURRENT and the customer.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless otherwise approved by SHORTCURRENT.

8. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size, colour or variation is unavailable, our team may offer another available option or an appropriate alternative.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
